These terms govern your purchase of goods and services from VT Technology (ABN 30 818 318 390) through vttech.com.au. By placing an order you agree to them.
Prices and GST
All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST, with the ex-GST price displayed alongside. Prices and stock are subject to change without notice and depend on our supplier’s live availability.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee supply. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error — and where you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details. Title to goods passes to you once payment has cleared in full.

Warranty and your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Products also carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Returns and faults are handled as described on our Shipping & Returns page.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and other than the guarantees that cannot be excluded, our liability for any product or order is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price you paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
