Shipping
We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post. Postage is calculated at checkout at actual cost from your address and the weight of your order — choose Parcel Post or Express Post — and is free on orders over $1,200. In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days; you will receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns
If something is not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Unused items in original, undamaged packaging can be returned for a refund or exchange; return shipping is at your cost unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied. Change-of-mind returns on opened software or activated licences cannot be accepted.
Warranty
All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply. If an item arrives dead-on-arrival or develops a fault, contact us with your order number and we will arrange the fastest path to a repair, replacement or refund.
